Cilantro lime chicken bowl:
Ingredients: (mix in a bowl)
* 1.5 lb chicken breast
* 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro 🌿 (extra for garnish)
* 4 garlic cloves minced 🧄
* 1.5 tsp of chili powder 🔥
* 1 tsp of cumin powder 🌱
* 3 tbs of fresh lemon juice 🍋
* 1 tbs olive oil 🫒
* 1/2 tsp salt 🧂
* 1/2 tsp of black pepper pepper
* 1,5 tbs of honey 🍯
Mix marinade with chicken and let it marinate for 30-40min while prepping other ingredients.
Low Cal Chipotle sauce:
* 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
* 1/2 cup of light mayo
* 1-2 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce 🔥
* 1-2 garlic cloves 🧄
* 2 tsp of lemon juice 🍋
* 1 tsp of honey 🍯
* sprinkle of salt & black pepper 🧂 pepper
Water, if too thick
(Blend until smooth n creamy)
